How we collect information.

We do not collect any information on you through the MyPerks website except for voluntary subscription. You do not need to provide any email addresses, date of birth, names or contact details to us to provide access to the MyPerks program. When you engage to use one or more of the privileges on offer, the service provider may ask you for personal information, and this information is provided at your discretion to the provider to obtain the offers. This information will never be provided back to TLC unless you have given explicit authority to the service provider to do so. 

Email Subscription

You can choose to subscribe to our newsletter by sending us an email with your name, personal email, and country. By subscribing, you agree to share your email address to receive newsletters and promotional materials such as news, discounts and offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking in the footer of our emails.

Do we disclose your details to anyone else? 

No personal information is taken off-site or otherwise disclosed to third parties.

How do you gain access to your personal information?
